Culture as a System
Culture functions as a structured system of interconnected elements that guide human interaction.
The Only Workshop Tool That Makes Cultures & Values Visible, Discussable, and Actionable
Why Visual Learning Transforms Cultural Understanding
Visuals allow participants to step back and recognize patterns in their own thinking. This meta-cognitive awareness is the foundation for sustained behavioral change.
Visual cards create a neutral, safe space where teams explore values without judgment. This simulation-based approach leads to authentic insights different to common trainings.
Complex cultural theories become tangible through visual representation. Three card sets transform abstract concepts into hands-on exploration making theory accessible.
Visuals enable participants to step back and observe patterns in their own thinking. This meta-cognitive awareness is where lasting behavioral change begins.
Three Card Sets,
Three Learning Layers
Each set of 25 cards is designed to activate different cognitive and emotional responses, creating a comprehensive learning experience that moves from feeling to thinking to articulating values.
Shapes, patterns, and colors engage participants emotionally, bypassing purely intellectual defenses. This “ice breaker” set establishes psychological safety and openness for deeper exploration.
Curated images representing nature, science, economics, health, and faith trigger subconscious associations, revealing how different cultural contexts interpret the same visuals in distinct ways.
Values are expressed across multiple languages (English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, German) and translated by native speakers to ensure cultural nuance is retained beyond literal translation.
